I am FINALLY catching up on these posts. In early February we had a fun time studying the groundhog. We made predictions, experimented with shadows, made hats and puppets. On valentines day, we played lots of learning games and enjoyed passing out valentines. The 100th day of school was a spectacular event! Most of my little owls brought in hundreds day projects and were able to show them off to the class. Thanks to all those parents that helped their child with this project! We counted to 100, had a 100th day snack, made a 100 fruit loop necklace, read lots of stories, got a 100 dollar bill, made 100 days glasses and made a 100th day hat. So much fun! We started reading with our reading buddies. We also did an activity with candy hearts with them. Then, we celebrated Dr. Seuss birthday on the 2nd of March. We had so much fun making cat in the hat hats and bow ties, reading lots of Dr. Suess stories and trying green eggs and ham! Lastly, with all of the snow, my kids LOVED to play on the hill outside of our hallway door. Enjoy all of the pictures below!
